1. An order is accepted for processing only after the order has been paid in full.

2. Please indicate the delivery address in the fields provided for this purpose as precisely as possible. Please do not forget to provide important information (door code, cabinet number, building number, etc.) to the courier. An incorrect address may result in longer delivery time.

3. When completing the delivery address, you need to provide a telephone number where the courier can contact the delivery recipients. Incorrect phone numbers may result in longer delivery time.

4. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 1-3 days depending on the delivery address.

5. At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask for an identity document (passport or ID card) to confirm the identity of the recipient of the order.

6. Using the PIN code, the package can be received by any individual who is able to name the PIN code received in the SMS for the receipt of the package, as well as the name of the recipient of the package.

1. By concluding a distance contract, i.e. when making a purchase at the online store, you have the right of withdrawal and unilaterally cancel your contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to legal persons.

You have the right to test the item in question during the exercise of the right of withdrawal to make sure it meets your needs and desires without removing or damaging the price tag and assay markings. Return of goods can be done within 14 days at our store (Tirgus laukums 2A, Dobele, LV-3701) on working days from 10:00 to 17:00, or by sending the goods by mail (LLC “Aģis”, Tirgus laukums 2A, Dobele, LV-3701). Stella does not cover the return shipping costs. When returning a product, the buyer must pack the product in such a way that it will not be damaged or defective during transportation.

5. If within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request, we have not received the item you have declined, the cancellation request will be canceled.

6. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, Stella’s online store has responsibility to refund the money to the bank account indicated on the cancellation email as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the returned item and verifying its quality.


1. Jewelry must be removed whenever it is possible to avoid mechanical, thermal or chemical damage, including cleaning of premises, washing dishes or other household work; washing your hands, taking a shower or taking a bath; using cosmetics, perfumes or pharmaceuticals; sleeping while worn; practicing sports; visiting solarium or sauna; sunbathing and swimming.

2.1. Jewelry worn under tight or heavy clothing may be deformed;

2.2. Heavy, large pendants can deform or brake blown and snake-like chains;

2.3. Mechanical damage or scratches can occur when several pieces of jewelry are worn tightly together;

2.4. When cleaning jewelry with toothpaste, sand or other abrasive materials, they may wear out;

2.5. Unintentional or deliberate mechanical damage to the surface (scratches, dents, deformations, etc.), chemical exposure or polishing (if the product has a matt, oxidized or rhodium-plated surface) may cause wear to the decorative surface;

2.6. Wearing jewelry with rubber, leather, silicone, enamel or metal-ceramic and walking in a sauna or solarium may expose it to thermal or chemical damage.

3. When choosing jewelry with natural stones, it is important to:

3.1. store them in closed boxes to protect them from direct sunlight as many of these stones may lose their shade due to light;

3.2. Items with natural stones, pearls, and coral should be cleaned only by jeweler. It should be remembered that jewelry wear and storage conditions affect their longevity, such as aging being accelerated by drying and mechanical damage, and cracks can occur when the temperature changes drastically.

4. Jewelry care:

4.1. We recommend to entrust cleaning and polishing to LLC “Aģis” service jeweler.

4.2. Daily maintenance can be done with special supplies and napkins for gold, silver, pearls, and gemstones available at the Stella Store.


1. Complaints concerning the quality of the goods shall be handled only after the denouncement of the document of purchase.

2. The time limit for claiming the quality of jewelry is 2 years from the date of purchase.

3. The warranty period for branded jewelry is determined by the manufacturer but is not less than 2 years from the date of purchase.

4. Jewelry with precious stones and size-adjusted articles shall not be altered except in the case of a hidden manufacturing defect that cannot be preventable by repair.

5. Products with rhodium-plated and gold plated jewelry are subject to natural, non-defective wear and are not covered by the warranty.

6. Warranty repairs of branded goods shall be made by their manufacturer or, if possible, by a service jeweler of LLC “Aģis”.

7. Warranty repairs shall not be made if:

7.1. The item is arbitrarily damaged;

7.2. Failure to comply with the warranty, use, and care rules of the jewelry;

7.3. The jewelry has been repaired or its original design has been changed by another master who is not a service jeweler of LLC „Aģis”.



1. Limited Liability Company Aģis, Reg. No. 58502001971, having its registered office at Tirgus laukums 2A, Dobele, LV-3701, hereinafter “Stella”, shall provide the services available at the online store, subject to our delivery policy, return policy, and other terms and conditions, which you may find in our online store, in connection with advertising and customer service, all of the foregoing are incorporated into and are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing and using the Online Store, you agree that you are aware of, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without any restrictions or conditions.

4. Stella is required to disclose personal information to government and municipal officials and authorities upon request in the cases according to the law.

5. Stella takes every precaution to protect your personal information from theft, loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or damage.

6. If the customer who ordered and purchased the product at the online store does not have the legal capacity, the legal representative (eg parents, guardians) of that person is responsible for ordering and paying for the product. In the above case, the order is irrevocable, and the purchase price will not be refunded.

7. The consumer consents to the processing of his/her data.
